IPC HOLIDAY PARTY FAQ

How do I purchase tickets?

IPC Members

Tickets are available starting November 1 for IPC members at a cost of $75, by visiting https://ipcalgary.org/events/.
Members will be entitled to purchase 5 additional tickets at the discounted member rate (6 total). If a member requires more tickets, they may purchase additional tickets at the general ticket rate of $100 on November 8 by visiting the same site https://ipcalgary.org/events/.

General tickets
Non-member tickets will be available for purchase at $100 starting Nov 8 by visiting https://ipcalgary.org/events/.

Is there a limit to how many member-priced tickets a company can purchase?
No! Just a limit of 6 per member. So if you’re company has three people with current IPC memberships, you may purchase 18 discounted tickets at the membership rate, in 3 different transactions, or email us, and we can send you an invoice if needed.

How do I know if my IPC Membership is active?
You may email Sherri Kirton SKirton@phgic.com to check on your membership status.

Will I receive physical tickets for the event?
Each ticket purchaser will receive a virtual ticket with a QR code for every ticket purchased, prior to the event. It is up to the purchaser to circulate the QR codes to their respective guests.

How do I become an IPC Member?
You can become a member online at any time by visiting https://ipcalgary.org/membership/. Membership cost is $60 and entitles you to discounts to IPC events such as the annual golf tournament, exclusive access to CAIW events, opportunities for personal growth, industry exposure and much more! You may also purchase a membership at the same time as buying your holiday party ticket by visiting https://ipcalgary.org/events/

What does semi-formal attire mean?
Semi-formal dress code is a form of dress one-step down from formal dress codes like black tie/long evening gown, but a step up from what would genuinely be considered smart casual.
Attire ideas: cocktail dresses, pant suits, jumpsuits, dressier blouses, skirts, dress pants, collared shirts, blazers.
Ties are not mandatory, but encouraged!
There will be a Photo Booth on site, so don’t be afraid to dress snazzy!

How can my company become a sponsor?
There are limited sponsorship opportunities available. Benefits include significant brand exposure at the event, on printed materials, on all our social media platforms, as well as photobooth printouts taken home by guests.
Door prizes are also welcome and the donating companies will be announced during the event.
Please email chad@crdncalgary.ca for further information on sponsorship opportunities.
